Return & Exchange Policy

LATTELIER handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. You can return the product(s) purchased at LATTELIER within 14 days of receiving your purchase (counting from the first day of system’s confirmed receipt). All returns must include the original receipt. Item must be presented in its original condition with all packaging intact and must not have been washed. All refunds are in the form of LATTELIER store credits or cash up to your choice. Cash will be refunded to your original account of your payment. Credits will be credited to your customer account (Please refer to the Returns Credit Policy below). Product(s) will be exchanged or refunded after we examined your returned product(s) with product defects. Please note that the whole return process may take up to 4 weeks. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Please contact our Customer Care team : [email protected] for further return procedures.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any money you might have paid.

Except for particular circumstances, no refund will be processed if the following conditions are met.

When the package arrives at the destination country/region, the customer cannot pay all import duties incurred.

1. If the order is returned for the customer’s reasons, the original order shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded. If the order is refunded for the store’s reasons (wrong delivery, product damage, etc.), the customer will pay the shipping fees and duties first. Then the store will transfer through PayPal according to the payment receipt.

2. The amount of compensation for the shipping fees, duties, etc., cannot be higher than the product’s purchase price.

3. If the refunds cannot be sent back to the original payment method for the customer’s reasons, the customer shall contact the bank to solve the problem.

Returns Credit Policy: We are committed to exceeding customer expectations. Therefore, if we receive a returned item, we will provide a one-time store credit valued at 130% of your original purchase value. Note that any subsequent items produced by the same customer will receive only the item’s actual value in credits.
